- 250 ml (750 milliliters) Diced red bell pepper
- 250 ml (750 milliliters) Sliced black olives
- 250 ml (750 milliliters) Diced cucumber
- 250 ml (750 milliliters) Finely sliced green onions
- 60 ml (175 milliliters) Club House ® Greek Seasoning
- 125 ml (375 milliliters) Julienned sun-dried tomatoes
- 30 ml (90 milliliters) Olive oil
- 15 ml (45 milliliters) Red wine vinegar
- 1 each Lemons
Procedure
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
