Ingredients

4 Medium tomatoes
125 ml (750 milliliters) Olive oil
50 ml (375 milliliters) Italiano510 GR
50 ml (375 milliliters) Grated Parmesan cheese
1 each (6 each) Loaf Italian bread
Procedure
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Broil bread slices on baking sheet until golden. Turn slices over. Spread with tomato mixture and broil until heated through.
