A juicy hot dog on a bed of kimchi topped with spicy Korean BBQ Ketchup and Frenchs® Classic Yellow Mustard.
Ingredients
Korean BBQ Ketchup | Serves 4
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Frenchs ® Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp (15 milliliters) Korean Style BBQ Seasoning 765G
Korean Hot Dogs | Serves 4
- 4 each Hot Dogs
- 4 each Hot Dog Buns
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) Kimchi, prepared
- 4 tsps (20 milliliters) Scallions, slivered
- 4 tsps (20 milliliters) Cilantro, leaves
- Frenchs ® Classic Yellow Mustard
Procedure
Prep
- In a bowl combine ketchup with Korean BBQ Style Seasoning. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 hot dog as desired. Toast 1 bun.
- Place hot dog on toasted bun. Top with 2 tablespoons kimchi. Drizzle with both Korean BBQ Ketchup and Mustard (as needed). Garnish with 1 teaspoon each scallions and cilantro. Serve warm.
