4 cups Ice cubes
1 can 530 ml Aroy-D lychee in light syrup, undrained
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Unfiltered sake
1/4 cup Japanese whisky, such as Hibiki Harmony
1/2 tsps
2 Maraschino cherries
Procedure
1. Place all ingredients except maraschino cherries in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Add cherries; blend until mixture turns pink and cherries are finely chopped.
3. Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
