- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Small ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana
- 1 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
Procedure
- In blender, place ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
