Creamy Garam Masala Coconut and Lentil Dahl

Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean 1 1/2 tsp
Green onions, sliced 1/4 cup
Red onions, finely chopped 1 cup
Fresh garlic, minced 1 tsp
Club House Ginger, Ground 1/2 tsp
Green lentils, Laird 2 cups
Vegetable stock 4 cups
Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 1 can
Diced tomato 1 can
Club House Garam Masala 1 tbsp


1. Sauté onions in coconut oil with fresh minced garlic. 2. Add canned diced tomato, Club House Ground GingerClub House Garam Masala Seasoning. Bring to a simmer. 3. Add lentils, vegetable stock, Thai kitchen Coconut Milk and Club House Mediterranean Sea salt . 4. Bring stew to a simmer, cover and place in a pre-heated oven set at 400F for 70 minutes. 5. Garnish Dahl with sliced green onions, serve with Papadam or Naan bread.
