Chipotle Cinnamon Apple Crumble

Cortland Apple 4 each
Sugar 2 tbsp
Gluten Free all-purpose flour 1 tbsp
Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning 1 tbsp
Unsalted melted butter 2 tbsp
Gluten Free all-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning 1 tbsp
Unsalted butter, chilled and cut ¼ inch 3 tbsp

The same recipe can be used for fresh peaches.


1. Peel, core, and slice apples into ¼ inch slices. Place apples in a large mixing bowl and toss with sugar, flour, Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning and melted butter.

2. Place apple into a 10” round pie plate.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, brown sugar and Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning.

4. Using a pastry cutter work in the cold butter until pea-sized lumps are formed.

5. Top apples evenly with mixture and bake until apples are bubbly and topping is golden brown, about 45 minutes, rotating once halfway through cooking.

6. Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream.
