Spicy Minced Koftas

Ground lamb 1.5 kg
Lamb stock 75 mL
Garlic purée 15 mL
Green onions 1 bunch
Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice 7 mL
Red pepper 1 each
Onions 2 each
Wooden skewers 10 each


Mix together the ground meat stock garlic and green onions. Divide the mixture into 10 and roll into meatballs. Roll in the Montreal Steak Spice. Thread onto 10 wooden skewers alternating the pepper and onion pieces. Place on a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°C (71°C) turning occasionally.
