2 tbsps Rice vinegar and peanut satay sauce and vegetable oil
Procedure
Soak noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes then blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute then cool immediately. In medium skillet over medium-high heat add 1 tbsp oil and sear pork on all sides for approximately 6 minutes. Coat pork with 2 tbsp CLUB HOUSE Thai Seasoning and roast in 350°F oven for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature of 158°F. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add noodles and carefully toss to coat. Slice pork thinly and serve on noodles.
