Fresh salmon steaks wrapped in bacon and seasoned with Club House La Grille Salmon Seasoning then grilled and served with a roasted corn, scallion black bean salad.

Procedure
- For Black Bean Salad:Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Set aside to allow flavours to combine.
- For Grilled Bacon Wrapped Salmon:Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each steak and tie each with butchers twine. Oil and season each steak before grilling over a medium flame for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Serve each steak atop 250 mL of black bean salad.
