In a food processor process artichokes until coarsely chopped. Add cheese sour cream and seasoning. Pulse until almost smooth. Put in a small casserole. Bake at 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
Mixture can be refrigerated in covered container for up to 1 week.
Can be served cold or at room temperature. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or raw vegetables.
