Roasted Brussels Sprout and Carrots with Garam Masala

Brussels sprouts, trimmed, and halved 5 cups
Carrots, diced ½ inch 2 cups
King mushrooms, diced ½ inch 4 cups
Vegetable oil 2 tsp
Unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup
Green onions, sliced 1/2 cup
Club House Garam Masala 2 tbsp
Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean 1/2 tsp


1. Combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, mushrooms with vegetable oil. 2. Roast vegetables in a pre-heated oven set at 425F for 20 minutes 3. Combine melted butter, green onions, Club House Garam Masala Seasoning and Club House Sea salt. 4. Add the butter mixture to the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
