Red Curry Thai Fried Cauliflower

Soda water 1 cup
Sesame seeds, toasted 2 tbsp
Green onions sliced, to garnish
Cauliflower florets 1 head
Rice flour 1 cup
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Ice cubes 1/2 cup
Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste 22.5 mL
Thai Kitchen Sweet Chili Sauce 1 cup
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped 1/4 cup

Cook Time: 3 to 4 minutes
Cooking temperature deep fat fryer: 350F


Combine rice flour, corn starch and baking powder. Lightly whisk soda water with Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste and ice cubes.Combine flour with liquid, lightly mix (use chop stick). Dip cauliflower into batter and deep-fry until golden brown. Remove cauliflower from deep-fryer and toss with Thai Kitchen Sweet Chili Sauce, fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds. Garnish with green onions.
