- 4 cups Ice cubes
- 1 can 530 ml Aroy-D lychee in light syrup, undrained
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Unfiltered sake
- 1/4 cup Japanese whisky, such as Hibiki Harmony
- 1/2 tsps
- 2 Maraschino cherries
Procedure
- 1. Place all ingredients except maraschino cherries in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Add cherries; blend until mixture turns pink and cherries are finely chopped.
- 3. Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
