1. Drain and rinse chickpeas, place on paper towel to dry.
2. Set deep fryer to 375F and par-fry chickpeas for 4 minutes.
3. Combine olive oil, brown sugar, Club House Garam Masala Seasoning, Club House Cayenne Pepper, Club House Mediterranean Sea Salt.
4. Toss fried chickpeas with the spice mixture.
5. Place chickpeas on a baking tray and in a pre-heated oven set at 400F for 10 minutes.
6. Place chickpeas in an individual dish, serve warm.
