750 ml (2 1/2 liters) Tightly packed spinach leaves
75 ml (250 milliliters) Chopped almonds
45 ml (125 milliliters) Butter
15 ml (45 milliliters) Lemon juice
150 ml (500 milliliters) Olive oil
125 ml (375 milliliters) Greek Seasoning510 GR
Procedure
In food processor combine spinach almonds butter and lemon juice. While processing slowly add olive oil in thin stream until mixture forms a paste. Transfer to bowl and stir in seasoning. Let stand 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator before using. Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week. Serve as an appetizer with an assortment of breads rolls flat breads and crackers.
