  1. Place salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet. In a bowl mix together the cheddar bread crumbs OLD BAY seasoning parsley and olive oil. Top each salmon fillet with 50 mL of the topping mix making sure to pack it tightly on top of the fish. Bake in 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) convection oven for 10-12 minutes.
