Pasta Primavera

Olive oil 60 mL
Chopped seasonal vegetables 1.5 L
Club House Italiano Seasoning 90 mL
Dry fettuccine 250 g
Table (18%) cream 250 mL
Grated Parmesan cheese


In large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and seasoning and stir-fry about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Meanwhile cook and drain fettuccine. Add fettuccine to skillet and toss to mix. Just before serving add cream and toss to mix. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
