|Chopped seasonal vegetables||1.5 L|
|Club House Italiano Seasoning||90 mL|
|Dry fettuccine||250 g|
|Table (18%) cream||250 mL|
|Grated Parmesan cheese|
In large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and seasoning and stir-fry about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Meanwhile cook and drain fettuccine. Add fettuccine to skillet and toss to mix. Just before serving add cream and toss to mix. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
