Creamy Coconut Oatmeal

rolled oats 12 cups
Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 12 cups
water 12 cups
agave nectar 3/4 cup
Club House Vanilla Extract, Pure 2 tbsp
Cranberries, pistachios and shredded coconut, for garnish


In a large pot combine rolled oats, coconut milk, water, agave nectar and vanilla extract. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until oatmeal thickens to desired consistency.

Serve with cranberries, pistachios and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
