|Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk||12 cups|
|agave nectar||3/4 cup|
|Club House Vanilla Extract, Pure||2 tbsp|
|Cranberries, pistachios and shredded coconut, for garnish|
In a large pot combine rolled oats, coconut milk, water, agave nectar and vanilla extract. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until oatmeal thickens to desired consistency.
Serve with cranberries, pistachios and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
