|Club House Greek Seasoning||45 mL|
|Pita bread with pockets||4 each|
Substitute beef, pork, veal or a combination of meats for the lamb. Let burgers set about 20 minutes before cooking to allow seasoning to absorb moisture.
Combine all ingredients except pita. Mix well. Shape into patties. Grill broil or pan fry until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Serve in pitas with desired toppings.
