Brazilian BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients Quantities
Shrimp raw, P&D, tail on, 13 – 15 8
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Club House La Grille Brazilian Style BBQ 1/4 cup
Limes, halved 4 each
6 inch wooden skewer 4 each


Defrost shrimp and refresh under cold running water.

Combine vegetable oil, lime juice and Club House La Grille Brazilian Style BBQ Seasoning.

Marinade shrimp for 2 to 3 hours under refrigeration.

Place 2 shrimp per skewer and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Garnish with grilled lime and Brazilian Pineapple Salsa
