Sweet Smoky Pineapple Marinated Beef with Stir Fried Veggies

Club House Sesame Seed 5 mL
Red bell pepper 250 mL
Red onion 250 mL
Bok choy 500 mL
Snow peas 250 mL
Club House Ginger, Ground 2 mL
Club House Garlic, Granulated 2 mL
Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean 2 mL
Club House Pepper, Black Ground 2 mL
Pineapple juice 50 mL
Billy Bee Liquid White Honey 15 mL
Extra-virgin olive oil 30 mL
Carrot 250 mL
Club House Smoked Paprika 30 mL
Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean 5 mL
Club House Pepper, Black Restaurant Grind 2 mL
2 mL
Sirloin 750 g


For Stir Fried Veggies: Combine seasonings, pineapple juice and honey and set aside. Heat oil in a thick pan over high heat. Add the carrots first. After a minute add peppers. After another minute add onion. Once the onions look translucent add bok choy, snow peas and pineapple juice mixture. Sauté for one more minute and remove from heat.

For Sweet Smoky Pineapple Marinated Beef: Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container and marinate beef for 1-2 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Pat meat dry and grill over a medium-high flame for 4-6 minutes each side or until desired internal temperature is reached.

Plating Instructions:Serve 6 oz (175 g) of sirloin slices per plate with side of veggies.
