Andrea Nicholson is a entrepreneur and owner of the wildly popular restaurant Butchie’s in Whitby, Ontario. Andrea is also the owner of the product line Killer Condiments and bad-ass mama to Elliott. Andrea’s passion for food is evident in her masterful creations, which celebrate the purity of local and seasonal ingredients. Supporting sustainability, Canadian farmers, purveyors and Ocean Wise is the central tenet of her cuisine.
Andrea is a regular face on Food Network Canada having appeared as a host on Restaurant Takeover, as a contestant on the first season of Top Chef Canada, as a judge on the third season of Top Chef Canada and a fan favourite on Top Chef Canada All-Stars. Andrea is currently a judge on Fire Masters which airs internationally.
