Tex Mex Spiced Nuts

Ingredients Quantities
Tex Mex Seasoning 560 g 75 mL
Butter 30 mL
Olive oil 30 mL
Unsalted mixed nuts (almonds) 1 L


Combine seasoning butter and oil. Add to nuts tossing to mix well. Spread on baking sheet in single layer. Bake at 300°F (150°C Gas Mark 2) for 30 to 35 minutes stirring occasionally. Turn onto rack lined with paper towels to cool.
