Parmesan Tomato Rice

Ingredients Quantities
Olive oil 30 mL
0.5 cm diced white onion 250 mL
Sliced mushrooms 500 mL
Uncooked white rice 250 mL
Parmesan and Herbs Seasoning 520 g 60 mL
No salt added canned diced tomatoes (796 mL each) 1 can
Water 125 mL
Baby spinach leaves 500 mL


In an oven safe skillet over medium heat add oil; sautéed onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add rice Club House Parmesan & Herb Signature Blends Seasoning tomato and water. Bring to a boil cover with a lid and place in a 375°F (190°C Gas Mark 5) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Add spinach and cover for 5 minutes before serving.
