Lemon and Herb Vegetable Couscous

Ingredients Quantities
Unsalted butter 30 mL
0.5 cm diced carrots 150 mL
0.5 cm diced white onion 150 mL
0.5 cm diced celery 150 mL
0.5 cm diced green bell peppers 150 mL
0.5 cm diced red bell peppers 150 mL
Lemon and Herbs Seasoning 550 g 30 mL
Reduced sodium chicken stock 300 mL
Couscous 250 mL

Instructions

In a large skillet over med-high heat sautéed vegetables in butter for 4 minutes. Add Club House Lemon & Herbs Signature Blends Seasoning and Chicken stock. Bring to a boil add couscous and remove from heat. Cover with lid for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
