Smoky Chicken

Ingredients Quantities
Bone-in, skin-on chicken parts (like legs and thighs) 2 lb
Smouldering Smoked Applewood 780 g 2 tbsp


1. Rub chicken generously on both sides with seasoning. 2. Prepare grill for indirect medium heat (350°F to 375°F/180°C to 190°C) by turning all burners to medium. 3. Turn off burner(s) on one side of grill. Grill chicken on unlit side of grill 30 to 40 minutes over or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74°C). 4. Move chicken to lit side of grill and sear skin about 5 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Serve drizzled with White BBQ Sauce.
