Baharat Seasoning

Ingredients Quantities
Cumin, Ground 425 g 3/4 cup
Pepper, Black Ground 540 g 6 tbsp
Coriander Seed, Ground 400 g 6 tbsp
Paprika 540 g 6 tbsp
McCormick® Gourmet Ground Cardamom 3 tbsp
Cloves, Ground 500 g 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, Ground 525 g 1 tbsp


Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.
